This newly redone four bedroom, three bath house is located in the exclusive Narrows at the Northern end of the island on a large, private lot that overlooks the harbour. The house is professionally decorated with every comfort in mind. Grill fresh fish every night outside your back door and enjoy the beautiful harbour views, while you relax in a lovely setting. Little Bay is a quick golf cart ride from the beautiful pink sand beach
Two bedrooms have king size beds with ensuite bathrooms. One upstairs bedroom has two queens and the fourth has two twin beds, both sharing a large bathroom.
Housekeeping is provided six days a week, cooking can be arranged at an additional cost. Little Bay features a flat screen TV with satellite, DVD player, wifi, Ipod docking station, fans and air conditioning in every room, propane grill, outdoor shower and generator. No smoking or pets, please.

| Cancellation Policy
A cancellation made 8 weeks or more prior to the commencement date is eligible for a deposit refund, provided that another rental is secured. A cancellation made within 8 weeks of the commencement date forfeits the deposit. If the final payment is not received at least 8 weeks prior to the commencement date, it creates the presumption of cancellation and renders the house available for rent to the first fully-paid rental contract received for the dates of occupancy specified herein. Under such circumstances where the house is re-rented, the deposit and the security deposit will be refunded. |
| Deposit Policy
The initial deposit of 40% is due immediately to secure the booking and the remaining balance should be paid at least 8 weeks prior to arrival, the mail system takes between 3-6 weeks to arrive from the US. |
