With large picture windows overlooking the ocean and sliding glass doors on three sides you can enjoy all the scenery and let in just the right amount of breeze. Walk onto the spacious, oceanfront patio, recline comfortably, and enjoy the sun by day and the stars at night. A large master suite has a king-sized bed and sliding glass doors that open onto the patio for refreshing breezes and marvelous views. A private bathroom with an oversized shower completes the master suite. The guest suite has two twin beds (set separately or pulled together as needed), a private bath, and large sliding glass doors that face the sunrise. If you can break away from the breathtaking scenery, Cable TV, WIFI, and a DVD player are available. Like to cook? The spacious kitchen has plenty of counter space and all the conveniences. Ocean front dining doesn’t get any better than this! Enjoy a meal at the dining table in the Great Room overlooking the bright blue sea.

| Cancellation Policy
A cancellation made 8 weeks or more prior to the commencement date is eligible for a deposit refund, provided that another rental is secured. A cancellation made within 8 weeks of the commencement date forfeits the deposit. If the final payment is not received at least 8 weeks prior to the commencement date, it creates the presumption of cancellation and renders the house available for rent to the first fully-paid rental contract received for the dates of occupancy specified herein. Under such circumstances where the house is re-rented, the deposit and the security deposit will be refunded. |
| Deposit Policy
The initial deposit of 40% is due immediately to secure the booking and the remaining balance should be paid at least 8 weeks prior to arrival, the mail system takes between 3-6 weeks to arrive from the US. |
