Cancellation Policy

A cancellation made 8 weeks or more prior to the commencement date is eligible for a deposit refund, provided that another rental is secured. A cancellation made within 8 weeks of the commencement date forfeits the deposit. If the final payment is not received at least 8 weeks prior to the commencement date, it creates the presumption of cancellation and renders the house available for rent to the first fully-paid rental contract received for the dates of occupancy specified herein. Under such circumstances where the house is re-rented, the deposit and the security deposit will be refunded.

Deposit Policy

The initial deposit of 40% is due immediately to secure the booking and the remaining balance should be paid at least 8 weeks prior to arrival, the mail system takes between 3-6 weeks to arrive from the US.
